Carlton Ross, owner of Alligator Hunting Co., grew up hunting from the age of 5 and spent his entire life chasing wild game in the outdoors. After moving to Florida for college in 2013, he was introduced to alligator hunting for the first time, and from that moment on he was hooked. There was no other adrenaline rush like seeing hundreds of alligators in the wild swamps of Florida, and chasing down one of the most powerful apex predators in North America with your friends and family beside you.
After graduating college in 2015, he moved back to Texas and worked as a whitetail and exotic hunting guide at Ox Ranch, but was forced to leave after developing a severe regional allergic reaction. That setback ultimately led him back to Florida to pursue his passion for alligator hunting. Today, Alligator Hunting Co. has been fortunate enough to build relationships and secured access to hundreds of thousands of acres of alligator-infested Florida wetlands where we guide hunters on unforgettable hunts and experiences year-round.
